Caravaneer

"Perfect Game"

submission: Caravaneer
date: June 4, 2007

Absolutely perfect adventure game. Just a few "issues:"

1. It needs an in-game instruction "thing."
2. Can I level up with XP?

Otherwise, such a great RPG, really is.

The Last Stand.

"Bravo!!! Just a few pointers, though."

submission: The Last Stand.
date: May 13, 2007

Graphics, style, sound, violence and humor (I chuckled at some of the zombies' appearances, not as if they were badly drawn, just, grotesque, as they should be).

Bloody brilliant game, I really enjoyed its weapons and survivors aspect.

Couple of pointers, though:

1. None of the weapons had any real recoil.
2. I couldn't stop the reloading in all but the 8 shot shotgun, and even then it was annoying - it took too long to stop reloading.
3. The aiming should be different for each weapon - a sniper-y reticle for the sniper rifles, etc.
4. The body armor shouldn't be impossible to shoot through. I must have used 2 M4A1 clips on one soldier's chest armor (killed him with a headshot or two). But no body armor can stop 60 5.56mm rounds. Make it so that the armor can only take, in the SWAT guys' case, 2 5.56 rounds, unlimited shotgun and pistol, but only 1 sniper round, and in the soldier's case, add a few extra 5.56 rounds and 7.62 (AK) rounds and another hunting rifle round. Barret should blow through everything, though.
5. Perhaps consider adding different barricade upgrades.
6. You could change the "hours" to "man hours." That way, if you have, say, 5 guys, you would have 60 man hours, and you could allocate them in a more strategic manner.
7. More weapons and more weapon upgrades, such as incendiary rounds, steel core bullets etc.

I don't have anything else off the top of my head, but I loved the game and these suggestions are nothing more than suggestions. Don't take them the wrong way. It's a 100% A++++ incredible game, and it's even better than Zombie Horde 3.

Forever Autumn

"Good, but storyline/technical errors"

submission: Forever Autumn
date: August 8, 2006

Excellent animation! REALLY REALLY great. The music fit pretty well, but it should have been a little slower as to intimate a more somber mood, and there should be some more violence- guts and so forth. Just a few questions/comments.

1. Why were there no persons with radiation damage? How about retaliation, air-raid sirens, emergency services, or people burned into walls like at hiroshima?
2. Why were there B-52s dropping the bombs? If there were, then I'd be quite surprised, for it seems that the US has been attacked, someone driving a Lincoln (well drawn, btw), and no enemies that I can think of have B-52s. Perhaps it could be made clearer- a presidential address on a radio saying that retaliatory strikes are being launched, and the B-52s are those strikes? Anyway...

GREAT JOB!

K-FED: Dancing with Fire

"Tom's Best"

date: June 21, 2006

Tom and associates-

This is such a well done game. The controls were absolutely impeccable, and it was quite humorous. For the first time in a long time, I have no criticism of something I'm reviewing.

Absolute perfection.

Mind Your Manor

"Quite good!"

submission: Mind Your Manor
date: June 13, 2006

Quite good, make sure eBaum doesn't take it. Anyway, about the flash:

Sound was well done, I particularly liked the *pop* sounds in the menu.
Graphics, very nice.
Violence was meh.
You certainly have to read the how-to for this, which was an annoyance (I like to get right in), but otherwise, 10/10

"Thank you, JJ."

submission: the races we have

Excellent cartoon. I gave you a 10 for graphics, because that's your style-It's unique. Sound quality was iffy at best, but certainly funny, as always. But about the French...are they REALLY the same?

Kidding.

Anyway, excellent, just improve the sound a tad.

Plankton Life 2

"Evolution!"

submission: Plankton Life 2
date: June 10, 2006

About the game as a game: Absolute gem. Excellent graphics, the plankton was quite cute.
About the game as a game if I knew something about science: Great simulation of grdualism, as the plankton is constantly evolving, each point being picked up as a small beneficial changge.
To make it more accurate, how about having the environment change after enouggh statges (i.e. fish to land animal)? Anyway, excellent job 10/10.

Music was great, but a touch repetititve.

Safety At work.

"Great, but needs some blood."

submission: Safety At work.
date: June 1, 2006

Ok: The sound was very well done, and the "Oh noes!" was hilarious, as was the animation in general. However, I would have liked to see some guts. After all, people who get run over by a tracked uber-steam shovel don't just fly backwards. Anyway, I loved the animation.

10/10.

Irving

"Excellent."

submission: Irving
date: May 31, 2006

What I love about this cartoon is that you can laugh at it (esp. the credits and Irving's, well, general 'retardedness'), but also feel sorry for Irving. I mean, how bad must HE feel? Anyway, very well done, and the intro was excellent, but Irving's wings did stop flapping when he spoke, though the other bees did not. Just pointing it out. Anyway, really well done.

Flash Ludo

"Seems sort of like "Sorry!""

submission: Flash Ludo
date: May 30, 2006

Seems like a flash version of "Sorry!" But the graphics are excellent, even though the controls seemed kind of confusing for the first turn. I would like to see another version of games like this, perhaps chess or checkers, but with AI, please. Overall, it was excellent, though I'd like to some sound.
